Getting stronger together. Strength training group classes are fun, motivating, and effective. You train in an energetic atmosphere, are encouraged by the group, and get just that little bit extra out of yourself.
De nadruk ligt op het trainen van de diepe spieren in je buik en rug, ofwel je “core” het goed gebruiken van je ademhaling en het soepel maken van de wervelkolom. Je balans en coördinatie worden uitgedaagd en je kracht, stabiliteit, flexibiliteit en mobiliteit zal na een aantal lessen zeker toenemen. Je leert je eigen lichaam en bewegingspatronen beter kennen.
The instructor ensures a varied workout and pays attention to your technique, so that you get stronger in a responsible way. Moreover, training together is often simply more fun than training alone – for your muscles *and* your motivation.
During the class, expect a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight work, supplemented with cardio elements and teamwork. And lots of fun.
You train in a group of a maximum of 8 people, and the class lasts 45 minutes. The classes can be booked using your mat class punch card or subscription. The classes are held in the PT room, our studio on the 2nd floor of the same premises. The studio can be reached via the outdoor metal staircase at the back of the site. It is located in Unit 19D5; our logo is prominently displayed on the window.
Pilates provides mobility, stability, flexibility, and a strong core. Strength training adds more muscle strength and, consequently, bone strengthening. Together, they improve your posture, stability, and energy, and help you build a strong, supple, and resilient body.

Natascha is an experienced strength and conditioning trainer with a great love for functional training, weightlifting, and CrossFit. She is also specialized in working with pregnant women and women who have recently given birth. Natascha teaches in English.
